I’ve had a pleasant stay here each time. The reception team are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The apartment is comfortable, with a separate bedroom, a nice shower, a small kitchen, and a roomy living area with a balcony. It’s in the Paulista Ave. area, close enough to walk to plenty of good restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment.

The rooftop pool is a great extra, and the location is right next to Paulist, with several supermarket chains nearby. I’m making this my first choice from now on. The rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies, and breakfast has enough variety. The staff are very friendly. Many of them didn’t speak English, but they still did their best to help and make me comfortable.

On my recent business trip to São Paulo, I booked directly on the hotel website and paid less than I saw on other travel platforms. The location is convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the famous Avenida Paulista. My room was spacious, and the services were excellent.

The main drawback is that there are only 2 lifts, so they can get very busy at peak times. Aside from that, the staff are friendly and ready to handle last minute requests. I've had no trouble getting an early check in or late check out when rooms were available. Breakfast is well served, with plenty of choices, and the location works well for exploring Paulista Avenue and Jardins district.

A friend recommended this hotel and I was happy with the stay. The front desk girl was courteous and spoke English, so communication was easy. They also provided an adopter for my phone charger. Breakfast was good, and I’ll definitely stay again.
