Motel Seducao

The air conditioning is useless in every suite. In hot weather it's awful, and you end up feeling sick from sweating so much in the room. The panel says 18 degrees and won't go lower, but it still doesn't cool the place. Calling reception doesn't help. The attendants are always in a bad mood and insist the AC is working. We asked for the manual control, but they made a fuss about handing it over, and even when they did, it made no difference. It doesn't cool or even make the room feel fresh. Terrible!

The place has a cozy, romantic feel and is nice if you're looking for privacy and comfort. But our Booking reservation turned into a frustrating mess. The site let us choose a 10 a.m. check-in and set a departure time for the next day, but when we arrived, we were told the daily rate only started at 7 p.m. That was a serious communication and organization problem, since we booked based on the options shown online. They offered us a 12-hour room to make up for it, but raised the price to R$120 even though we'd booked the room for R$100. We paid more than expected because the motel didn't understand its own online reservation, which felt unfair since the mistake wasn't ours. The pleasant atmosphere couldn't make up for the reception staff not understanding the system error, and that hurt the experience. They should review how online bookings work and make the details clearer for customers.

It was awful. The attendant never replied on WhatsApp, and when we got there the air conditioning didn't work. They didn't even have a floor cloth for spills, something other motels provide. I had to keep moving from one suite to another because no one would refund us or put us in a decent room. When we asked for food or towels that weren't available, the employee handed things over like she was doing us a favor. Paying to be treated that way is upsetting. I wouldn't recommend it, and if I could, I'd give zero stars.

I've been coming here for a while and know nearly all the rooms. They're all great, especially rooms 9, 10, 22, 20.7, and 18. The place is comfortable and trustworthy, with spotless cleaning and perfect service from reception through delivery of whatever you need. I've had a few disagreements here, sure, but they were small things and got sorted out. It feels like family now, haha. There's a woman in training on the cleaning team I always joke around with, but I don't know her name.
