The sewer situation in the area is going to become a huge problem with so many buildings going up. The shower water and toilet always have a really strong septic smell. It's awful. And with so many studios on each floor, putting a development like this in an already packed location is a disgrace. The noise from Avenida Santo Amaro is so bad they should have delivered the apartments with sound insulation. It feels like we're right in the middle of the avenue.

Really good location. Excellent place.

There are far too many crowded apartments, with a lot of units on each floor. One Innovation didn't seem to consider its own Edge development right next door. Now the buildings face each other, blocking part of the view and taking away privacy from both. This looks like a terrible buying experience. The company seems to have thought about profit rather than customers, leaving anyone who had already bought a unit on the "lado final 2" side of Edge facing a loss in value because of this obstruction. Why were the apartments sold while two buildings were being constructed at the same time? One Innovation left out that information and only started work on Nex One Itaim after all the Edge units had sold.
