The building feels cheaply made, and the facilities are mediocre. On my second day there, a major drug bust happened right outside. Residents don't follow the rules. Dogs run and bark in the corridors after midnight, and gym users drop weights at 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., disturbing people on the same floor and nearby floors. The whole building also smells of sewage, and there's nothing you can do about it. If you want a quiet, peaceful stay, this isn't the place.

The front desk staff are completely unprepared and unfriendly. If you're visiting someone in this building, don't bother, you'll probably be treated badly. I've stayed in São Paulo many times, and I've never encountered such rudeness at any front desk.

It's a great condo, with new facilities and plenty of shared spaces: a leisure area, gym, party room, barbecue area, pet space, and coworking. The new cameras outside have made the place feel even safer for everyone.

I stayed at Nex One Sena Madureira in April 2024 and thought the building was lovely. It's right on the avenue, so it's easy to find. The apartment I had was fantastic, and the gym and work area were both really nice. The front desk was quick to help me, too. I booked through airbnb and it was worth it. There's a good restaurant next door for meals and snacks, and a market, MC Donalds, metro, and shopping mall are all nearby. I'd recommend it!
