We found insects in the room when we arrived. I reported it through Booking.com that same day, but they still refused to refund us. They really don't value their customers.

They offered me just 12 reais per night for the inconvenience at the end. For three days, I slept without any kind of cooling, and then they treated me like I was making it up. I spent those days staying there and told them from day one that the air conditioning wasn't working. I understood it might not get fixed overnight because of the location, so I even suggested a fan and said that would be enough for me. They said a technician had come while I was out and found no problem, even though the room stayed at room temperature after the unit had been running for hours. I asked them to send someone back, but nobody came. The whole thing felt completely disrespectful and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend it even to an enemy.

The quality was excellent, though it wasn't exactly cheap. I really enjoyed the stay. It felt like being in a little room in Dubai!
