I couldn't switch rooms or find another hotel by the time I noticed the problems, and I assumed another room would be just as bad. There was no elevator to the 3rd floor, which made getting my luggage up difficult. The bathroom smelled bad, probably because of the septic tank, and the mattress sagged on one side. The old linens looked worn, including the blanket. The TV only worked with an antenna because its cable wasn't properly connected to the wall outlet. I got one old, overused bath towel and no face towels.

8/10
The rooms are basic rather than luxurious, but they're tidy, and the hotel is clean. The staff were attentive and polite. There's no food service, though the stay is inexpensive. The location is very good, and I'd recommend it.

The room is basic and the bathroom is small, but the price is affordable. It's right in front of Congonhas airport, so there's quite a bit of noise from planes taking off and landing. The receptionist is friendly.

It's clean and reasonably priced, but the traffic noise is so bad that sleeping feels impossible.

It's an old property in a terrible location. Stay away.
