The apartments facing Augusta are impossible to sleep in, with the outside noise coming through as if you were on the sidewalk. It’s a real shame, because a lot of money and effort went into the building’s services, security, and overall setup. The apartments are nicely renovated and decorated, and the building has excellent facilities, but they skimped on the balcony glass. It’s very thin, has no joints, and offers no protection from outside sound.

Wonderful residential building! It’s close to everything, just a few steps from Oscar Freire.

It’s practically on Oscar Freire, and you can even walk to Parque Ibirapuera. The location is excellent for getting around on foot and enjoying the great restaurants and cafés nearby.
