I chose the place after seeing photos that made it look attractive and well kept, but what I found on arrival was very different. We asked to see the room before checking in. The elevator felt unsafe and badly in need of maintenance, and the accommodation had dirty sheets and walls and poor hygiene. It seemed like a motel had been adapted into a hotel, and the location didn't feel safe either. I decided not to stay because of the hygiene, but I'm still trying to contact the property to get the money I paid back. The man responsible for hotel management and the receptionist were completely lacking in courtesy and showed no interest in resolving the problems I raised. I do not recommend it.

There was a strong cigarette smell everywhere, starting at reception, and noise in the corridors all night. The place feels more like a motel, and the reception service was awful. My room had only one power outlet, a hard bed, and an old pillow. I don't recommend it.

We'd called ahead to reserve and said my husband, our two-year-old daughter, and I were arriving from the coast. At reception, the attendant refused to check us in because our baby's birth certificate was digital, even though both my husband's and my own ID were there. She left us out on the street at 2 a.m. after a tiring trip. It was disrespectful and showed no sensitivity toward a customer. The way she spoke to us was so harsh that it felt like we were being treated like trash. I've never had a worse experience, and I'm left feeling indignant and furious.
