OYO Hotel Brás

Good.

The reception staff were fantastic. Both the day and night employees were really nice, and the room furnishings were in good condition. My bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cooled well, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The shower, though, stopped working well on the second day. The building itself needs work inside and out: the flooring is old and the ceiling has leaks. Being near the center, with a bus right outside and the metro nearby, makes the location convenient, but the surrounding streets felt deserted even during the day, with drug users and people experiencing homelessness. All in all, it's decent value, especially for work trips.

I stayed in a room with a balcony and a great view. I was able to take photos of Igreja do Bom Jesus, just a block away. The hotel is in Brás, close to central São Paulo, and it's good value for the price. There are quite a few stairs to get in, but they're manageable. Reception is open 24 hours and WiFi is available for guests. I'll stay there again whenever I can.

Our room was airy, clean, and tidy, and the person who helped us was really polite. We liked it a lot. There are a lot of stairs, but otherwise it's a 10.
