Oyo Hotel Sany

My partner and I stayed for one night before a flight, and it was a terrible experience. There weren't any sheets provided beyond the one covering the mattress. Worse, there was no running water in either the shower or sink, so we couldn't even manage basic hygiene. They blamed street construction and said service would return. We went out for the day trusting that, but the water still wasn't working when we came back that night. They offered no fix at all, no room change, relocation, or compensation. Having no water or basic amenities before a flight is unacceptable. Avoid this place.

There's a great bakery right next door and a drugstore nearby. The team is welcoming and friendly, and overall I think it's a very good hotel. The bed could be better, but for the location the value for money is excellent. Really good!

The service was excellent, with staff always ready to help, and I had no complaints about cleanliness. It's a simple hotel that covers a traveler's basic needs. On this last stay, I missed having somewhere to put my luggage, and I think it would be useful to add a storage space. A rechargeable LED bedside lamp would be nice too. I also suggest keeping flyers for cafés and restaurants at reception. There's a very good bakery next door, but it doesn't open on Sundays. Thanks for the service I received, and until next time.

I’m staying here now and wanted to share a few details. The area feels safe, with bars and restaurants nearby. We tried one called sujinho kkk. The name is odd, but it was a nice place, with great service and fair prices. The hotel is across from the well-known Consolação cemetery. There’s no hotel parking, though there is a lot on the street behind it. The place is simple but very clean, and the beds are comfortable for a short stay like mine. There’s no minibar or breakfast, but there’s a bakery next door, except it’s closed on Sundays and holidays. The air conditioning and TV both work, there are extra blankets, and the shower gets nice and hot. There’s no shower stall, but that didn’t bother me. 13/09/2025
