There was way too much noise from workers during the night. When I asked the staff for help, the woman just said she couldn’t do anything. A bad experience, and I won’t be coming back.

The bus stop right outside meant noise around the clock, and the place itself felt filthy, old, and moldy. The plastic mattress was cracked, like something from a cheap motel. My shower broke, so they moved me to another room, where the shower didn’t work either. I honestly didn’t think a place could be this low quality. The one upside was that it tested my patience and resilience. Zero stars would fit better.

Getting around is easy, with plenty of transport nearby. The place was clean and organized, the employee was very friendly, and the manager was always ready to help. Congratulations!

It’s in a handy spot near lots of shops, and the place was quiet while I was there. The room is very basic, with a bed, linens, a bathroom, and a TV, but it’s fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep. There’s no parking. Breakfast runs from 6 to 10 and is simple, but it’s something, and the price is very affordable. I needed a room at the last minute for my first stay at this hotel in São Paulo. WhatsApp took a while to get a response, so I had to call, but it worked out.
