For a hotel that's supposedly aimed at business travelers, the internet is astonishingly slow and useless. Breakfast was mediocre too.

The hotel was being refurbished, and it was very noisy. What they offer doesn't justify the price, and they charged me more when I paid at the hotel. It definitely wasn't €58 as Google stated. Depending on traffic, getting to the airport can take up to an hour. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

We got to the hotel late at night and asked for a cot for our baby. The receptionist said he'd check whether one was available, but never got back to us. He also put us down for the 9am shuttle the next day, yet when we came to reception on time at 9, we were told it had already left. He just shrugged as if nothing could be done. Breakfast had very few choices and was below average, and the staff team needs training as soon as possible. I'd never stay here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The rooms were fine, and the staff were friendly and excellent. It's a useful hotel if you've missed a flight, but don't expect it to be close to Gulharos Airport. Depending on traffic, the trip can take an hour. Get to the buffet dinner and breakfast early, or your choices may be limited.

The people were very friendly. Just be careful when booking: there are two Hotel Panambys, and this one is the City Center location, not the airport one. Make sure Google Maps has the right one selected. We learned that the hard way.
