It felt like a small, family-run B&B, nice and homely. The quiet location was pleasant, though a bit far from central SP. I really enjoyed my stay :)

The location and internet were good, but the room was spacious and covered in mold. The sheets were thin, old, and stained, even though they were clean. The shower never got hot and had very little pressure, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Nobody met me because I hadn’t filled in the check-in details, so they just sent instructions over WhatsApp. Breakfast was advertised as included, but they didn’t serve any. The lack of hot water was the worst part for me.
