The location was perfect, right across from the consulate, with restaurants nearby and the metro just 13 minutes away. I was pleasantly surprised by this simple hotel. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh, from the rooms and halls to the bathrooms. My single room was a decent size, with a work table, clothes rack, and TV. The bed was comfortable, and the linens and towel smelled nice. The women at reception were wonderful and very kind.

Camila was incredible and gave me all the support I needed during my stay. The place is very good, and I really liked it. For anyone coming to get a U.S. visa, it’s especially convenient since it’s right across the street from the consulate. I recommend it.

I felt very welcome, and the place was lovely. The rooms were clean and tidy. There’s no breakfast, but having a restaurant and bakery right next door made things much easier. The shared bathroom might be a drawback for some, though it didn’t bother me.

For families with children who need to get a visa, Pousada Lua is hard to beat. It has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Every room has air conditioning, and they can print things for you if needed. It’s right across from the U.S. consulate.
