Pousada Teodoro

I booked through the app and got an email confirming the reservation, but when I arrived there was nobody available to help. After calling several times, someone finally answered and said all reservations had been canceled. I had received no notice by email, phone, or message. They sent me to another hotel owned by the same person. The attendant knew I wasn’t from the area but told me to walk there. When I arrived, the check-in reception was very poor. Then I found a used condom when I pulled back the bedsheets. I refused to stay. What they did to me was absurd. I said I was leaving, and the attendant didn’t mention that I could cancel the payment. After I was already in an Uber and far away, she called and asked me to come back to cancel it. I want compensation.
