Praça Saúde by You

Power cuts in São Paulo have become a regular problem. After the strong winds on 10/12, several streets in the neighborhood lost power, and nearly 48 hours later it still hadn’t come back. We live beside the Praça Bayou building, whose generator has been running noisily for over 24 hours. It’s especially disruptive at night, when people are home trying to rest, and it’s impossible to sleep. The noise is above 80db, though ABNT gives a 50db limit for urban residential areas at night. Can’t they turn it off overnight and let the neighbors get some rest?

Launched in 2024, and the location is great, just a five minute walk from Saúde metro. There’s a full range of leisure facilities: a barbecue area, pool, gym, sauna and massage room on the rooftop, plus a pet area, party room, coworking space and more. The neighborhood is safe, the apartments are lovely, and the layouts are great.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood, so it’s a great choice if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The condo has apartments in different sizes, and there are weekly markets at two nearby spots. Saúde metro is 500 meters away, a supermarket is downstairs, and a bike path connects to Parque do Ibirapuera. There are also several pharmacies, restaurants and shops within walking distance, plus larger supermarkets about a 10 minute drive away. It’s easy to walk dogs here too.

The rooftop has a pool, barbecue area and gym. One of the best buildings in Saúde, about 500 meters from the Blue Line metro.
