Pullman Sao Paulo Ibirapuera

Arthur was so friendly and helpful at the breakfast buffet. He checked in and offered help several times without me needing to ask or look for him. Great service!

Breakfast had lots to choose from, including à la carte dishes and a buffet, with a good range of fruit, juice, and bread. I especially liked the juicer, where you can make fresh juice yourself. Arthur looked after me and was kind, helpful, and very welcoming. I really enjoyed the meal.

The staff made Hotel Pullman Ibirapuera feel like home. Matteus and the front desk team were lovely, and it was amazing how they remembered my name. At breakfast, Arthur was attentive, and Celia is usually on top of everything, though she and Capitan were off the day I visited. Daniel makes great Caipirinhas at the bar, and Joaira can mend clothes. Alessandra from housekeeping even helped me find an earring I’d dropped. The hotel is clean and pleasant, close to Parque Ibirapuera, and the employees are a big part of why I’d recommend staying here.

I don’t think I’ll come back for a third stay. The first visit was fantastic, with a very good room, great shampoo and soap, and a promise that as someone working for a big company I’d automatically get an upgrade next time. This time the upgrade didn’t happen, with some excuse, and the room was one level below the suites. It felt like sleeping in a gym shower room. The shampoo and soap were terrible too. I expected much better, and they ignored the upgrade they’d promised, so I can’t recommend the hotel anymore.
