Don’t book this place. The people are dishonest! My brother had a confirmed, paid reservation, but when he arrived they wouldn’t let him in because, they said, the reservation didn’t include a room number 🤷‍♀️. In all my experience, you only get a room number after checking in. He showed them the confirmation on his phone, but they still refused him entry. He called customer service repeatedly and nobody answered. Late at night, in a city that isn’t the safest, he had to find somewhere else to stay. The next day he returned to complain and ask for a refund for a service he never received. They told him there was nothing they could do. After many calls and emails, they claimed they couldn’t refund him because he had come to check in one day after the reservation date, which was a lie 🤥. Long story short, they kept his money, and an attorney will have to be brought in to handle the case.

The apartment itself was let down by a terrible check-in. After I confirmed the booking, the site said I’d get an SMS with the check-in details, but nothing arrived. At the building, the doormen couldn’t find my reservation and told me to contact the company that manages the apartment. I spent 51 minutes going back and forth with a WhatsApp bot. I only got in because a helpful woman at the entrance contacted the person in charge and explained what was happening. Once inside, I found that the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Seeing other reviews, it looks like this keeps happening. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

It looked clean at first, but the next day I spotted an open condom beside the bed. That felt serious, disrespectful, and disgusting. I wanted to leave right away, but unfortunately I’m still here. I’m very unhappy with the stay and wouldn’t recommend it.

The place was a nightmare from the start. They couldn’t find my already-paid reservation for about two hours, and then wouldn’t let me in because I still had to complete online check-in. My son and I waited outside with our bags for over an hour. They wouldn’t even let us wait in the lobby. Getting the door open later took another 30 minutes or more, handled by phone. Nobody came to help, and I had to keep sending videos of the errors on WhatsApp. The internet didn’t work either. There was only one cup for two people, plus two wine glasses, and although there was an electric oven, there wasn’t a tray to cook the pizza I bought. My friend in the room next door still had no water in her room. The service was awful, the place costs too much for what it offers, and I’m really disappointed.

We booked two months ahead, but while we were at the airport in SP on arrival day, we were told the booking had been cancelled because of some system error with the booking on booking.
