The lounge bar Rabo di Galo made for a memorable, lively evening, with great cocktails and an incredible live set by @showdealine. I also had a disappointing experience at Le Jardin. Gilmario spoke to me in a way that felt rude and unwelcoming. When I asked about a wine, he seemed presumptuous and had an attitude, then couldn’t answer basic questions and pushed me to try it without explaining anything. That didn’t feel right for a hotel of this caliber and should be addressed. The hotel itself is extraordinary. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and meticulously detailed, and the architecture, art, and design are stunning. Every space feels thoughtfully put together. What really lifted the stay was the concierge service, especially Thayan. He was professional, warm, and attentive, anticipating what I needed and handling things efficiently. Rosewood should be proud of his work, and I hope the administration recognizes him formally.

The little details make a stay here unforgettable. They even put your initials on your luggage tag, and care like that is why I’ll be back very soon. Josie was kind and attentive while handling the reservation, Gastón made breakfast a pleasure each morning, and Ramón from concierge always had spot-on recommendations. The whole Taraz team, in the dining room and kitchen, deserves a mention for their hospitality and excellent work. Rosewood São Paulo feels like a paradise in the middle of the city. Its décor brings art, design, and warmth together beautifully, and the service is world-class. Everything is considered with a precision and elegance that’s hard to find these days. Probably the best hotel in São Paulo. Great job!

The included breakfast is spectacular, and you can have it outdoors in their “jungle” garden. They also offer a one-hour tour about the hotel’s art and history, which was amazing and well worth doing. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The facility is gorgeous, and they did a wonderful job preserving as much of the historic buildings as possible while making a modern hotel with every convenience. The staff are amazing. When I asked where to find Diet Coke, since it’s a Pepsi hotel, they asked how many I wanted and went to the convenience store. A little later, five Diet Cokes arrived in our room at no charge. I had a cold that wouldn’t go away and decided I needed a doctor. A doctor came to our room a couple of hours later. I paid him $200, but he was great, and the hotel delivered the prescriptions he ordered.

I’ve stayed at Rosewood São Paulo twice, and it’s my favourite city hotel. Even the small details feel beautiful, practical, and elegant. The room is outstanding, the bed is fantastic, and they’ll bring different pillow options if you choose. They also provide a silk facemask. The scrambled eggs might be the best you’ll ever eat. There’s a spa and gym, a bar with live music, and one pool stays open 24 hours. Even if you’re not staying there, try the breakfast!
