The breakfast was very good, and the room’s soundproof windows made it easy to rest after a busy day in lively São Paulo. The location is excellent for visiting MASP and enjoying everything Avenida Paulista has to offer.

Avoid this place. The rooms are small, smell musty, and have no soundproofing. I could hear people talking in the room next door. There wasn’t any shower gel, just a bar of soap in the shower, like in a prison. Definitely not 4-star service. The laundry service was a mess too. We handed over two bags of clothes and were told they’d be back the next day. When we heard nothing, we went to reception and found the bags of dirty laundry were still there. They’d simply forgotten to tell us the service doesn’t run on Saturdays and Sundays. Nobody informed us, so our clothes sat there unwashed and no one said a thing. This hotel is a disgrace, with absolutely no customer service!

The staff were excellent and helpful, and the hotel’s in a great location. I used Uber a lot to explore different places. The rooms near the elevator were a bit noisy, and I wish there’d been a kettle for hot water. I also had trouble with the TV. After a long day out, it would’ve been nice to come back and watch a movie.

Check-in was easy, and I had a quiet room with an excellent shower. The breakfast had plenty of different options, and the location is perfect for Avenue Paulista. An excellent stay.

The rooms were reasonable, the breakfast buffet was great, and the location near Avenida Paulista was great too.
