Edmundo was easy to reach and really attentive whenever I needed information. The price was fair, and the location is excellent, just a few meters from Av. Paulista. I had a good stay with my wife and two kids in a flat for one day, then on our return to São Paulo we used another flat in the same building. Both were well equipped and had extra mattresses. The flats and all the bed linens were clean. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back again.

Edmundo is very kind and always available if anything comes up during the stay. I’ve stayed several times in the flats he manages in the same building, and they’re all comfortable and have everything set up properly. The location is great. I traveled with my young child and a pet. There was space on the balcony for my pet, and my child was safe. I recommend them 100%.

We were five people and had a fantastic stay. The location was great, close to everything we needed, and whenever we got in touch we received a quick reply. No problems with the stay at all. I recommend it without hesitation and plan to come back!

The apartment is simple, clean, and good, with excellent value for money. The host was polite and available. The building also has a laundry, a small convenience shop with basic groceries, and a restaurant. Special mention to the parking and reception, both a 10 out of 10. We’ll definitely return, and I recommend it.
