I was stuck in the elevator for nearly two hours with an 80-year-old man who was feeling unwell, and the ventilation was poor. This happened on 06/10/25 at 8 a.m. while we were on our way out, me to work and him to walk his dog. The elevator has been breaking down fairly often in the building. The condominium only called ATLAS to open a service request, and we got no help while trapped. There is no civil firefighter on site, and the staff seemed completely unprepared for an emergency like this. When we were finally let out, I learned they hadn't called the military firefighters, but had called the police because I was upset in the elevator. I said I didn't want to hear her explanations, and she was extremely rude, telling me, “Go talk to your mother!” My mother died three years ago. I rent here, and I don't see myself continuing the lease after this humiliating experience. Unfortunately, that will affect the owner, since I take care of the apartment and pay on time.

The garage has been a problem while the basement is being renovated and only the second floor is available. Cars are often left stopped at the entrance, making it hard to get in. Twice, cars nearly hit mine while I was waiting. Plants around the building entrance also make it difficult for app rides like Uber to pick up or drop off passengers. I'm a resident with a current 36-month lease. Today I spent over 30 minutes trying to use the laundry room, which I'd booked in advance, but it was locked and another user had the key. The employee responsible apologized but didn't offer a proper solution.
