I booked a room for one night because I had an important exam the next day. When we arrived, that room had no electricity, even though the rest of the property had power. There was nobody on site to help, and the contact phone went unanswered. It was hot and the room couldn’t be used, so we had to make do by sleeping in another room with other people, which was completely uncomfortable. We paid for a room that simply wasn’t usable. A very bad experience, with inadequate facilities and no responsibility toward guests. I don’t recommend it. No refund was given.

The rooms felt fairly priced, were clean, and had everything in its place. Staying here made things very convenient if you’re going to Expo Center Norte. I’d suggest replacing the open doors with regular ones for more privacy and comfort, though the curtains do help a little.

The room was pleasant and good, and being near the shopping center Expo Center Norte and Brás is a plus. If you want to shop or visit either of those places, Studio Vila Guilherme is worth booking.

It’s a great location for anyone attending a fair or conference at Expocenter Norte, and the mall is within walking distance. But the place wasn’t comfortable for me: the pillow was hard, there was no shower enclosure, and I found a flea despite everything looking clean. Noise and heat could also make it hard to sleep.

The room was airy and very clean, and there’s a bakery close by. Expo center norte is right next door, and the metro station is nearby too, close enough to walk. Excellent.
