The staff were mostly fine, but not all of them. The bedsheets and pillowcases feel like plastic, and they're hard and noisy. The room isn't soundproof at all. At checkout they didn't give me an invoice, only a stack of separate slips for each purchase. I'll pass. There are better places nearby.

The rooms are pretty old and not very clean, and sound carries through them. The staff should be able to speak English. Breakfast was okay, and the location is excellent, close to a beautiful mall and about a 10-minute walk from the metro.

The location is very convenient for Faria Lima, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is included and the cafe is good. The elevators do have occasional problems.

It's a nice, modern property at a reasonable price. The breakfast is good, with plenty to choose from, and friendly employees can bring an inexpensive dinner to your room. At check-in, I recommend asking one of the professional female staff or ELI, who's a wonderful, friendly, helpful employee. Avoid Rodrigo at the front desk. He gave me the opposite kind of room from what I asked for and complained when I asked for the room I wanted. I've also seen him asleep behind the front desk computer while I was working in the lobby.
