The building is nice, but the customer service was awful. We were stuck outside for two hours because nobody answered the phone for over an hour. The Wi-Fi was down too, and they wouldn't send anyone to fix it. The entrance door also sometimes fails. You can only hope you're not outside when it happens.

Loved the place. It's very clean and close to the mall and bus stop.

I was staying at Pivô Match Jardins and had an experience that left me feeling deeply unsafe. Around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday night into Sunday, I heard intense shouting, banging, crying, and a woman calling someone crazy on the floor. I contacted management on WhatsApp. They said they were looking into it, but nobody came to check. Later, they told me they couldn't control guests' emotions. No one checked in person or offered support. I also found out there isn't any physical security on site, everything is handled remotely, which contradicts what an employee had told me earlier. I'm recovering from surgery and felt completely abandoned. A responsible management team would have checked the situation in person and called the police if needed. That didn't happen. I wouldn't recommend this place to women traveling alone or anyone who values real security.

We felt very safe with the door system, which uses a code and facial recognition. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed and shower. The person in charge of the room was quick to respond and very helpful.
