The staff were really friendly, and the location is convenient. There's a good restaurant with plenty of variety, open late, and the food is quite good. Breakfast was pleasant and varied, and the other guests seemed friendly and middle class. The hotel itself is pleasant but a bit dated, especially the bathroom and furniture. Still, it's a good buy.

The front desk service was great, but the private apartment was pretty disappointing. The rooms are dated, the air conditioning is weak, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The gym equipment looks decades old, and breakfast was awful. I won't stay here again.

The location is good, and it's an okay place to stay if you just need a safe roof over your head and have fewer than three devices needing Wi-Fi. I found three things frustrating. The bathrooms are outdated, though they work. Only three devices can connect to the Wi-Fi at once, which feels like a silly, cheap way for a hotel to save money. With a work phone and laptop plus personal phone and laptop, you're already one device over the limit. On my first morning of a five-night stay, an urgent matter meant I had to leave the city a day early. I asked to shorten the booking and avoid the last night's charge. Since it was a stay of more than three nights and free cancellations were available until the night before check-in, I thought I'd ask. The receptionist checked with management and returned with “great news, you're welcomed to check out early,” but didn't mention the charge. When I asked, he said I'd still have to pay for the last night. If the answer was no, why say otherwise? I'll look at other options next time.

The rooms are a little snug, but they're great for sleeping if you'll be out most of the day. The Wirld hotels is centrally located, walking distance from the mall and nearby pharmacies, with the nest restaurants just a short ride away. Good value for money.
