The bed was my favorite part, like sleeping on a cloud, and breakfast was lovely too. The coffee feeds my soul and always had me doing a happy dance. There was a huge selection of delicious food, and the towels smelled amazing. The room was so beautiful I didn’t want to leave. The hotel feels like waking up in a luxury dream. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming, and I loved every second of my stay.

I had breakfast while watching helicopters land on the hotel’s rooftop. That was one of the unusual moments that made my stay at Tivoli Hotel memorable. The hotel’s stylish interiors have apparently featured in several TV series and shows, and it’s pet friendly too. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, a luxurious spot to come back to in the middle of the city. At Seen, the restaurant on the 23rd floor, the panoramic views of São Paulo are among the best I’ve seen, and the food is high quality. The hotel’s other food was excellent as well. The pool area has a relaxing atmosphere, attractive décor, and well-chosen music, perfect for unwinding after being out in the city. Staff were warm and friendly from arrival. Not many speak fluent English, so there’s a bit of a language barrier, but they still make an effort to help and make things welcoming. Tivoli Hotel is stylish and a great place to stay in São Paulo. Highly recommended.

The park view room was lovely, and the location was great. I had a fantastic stay at the Tivoli, with good service and a fun vibe. The pool is chic, too. It cost less than I expected, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

I had a memorable stay at the Tivoli Hotel, largely because the staff were so kind. They and the maintenance team helped me sort out a problem with equipment I’d brought, even though I asked for help several times. In the end, it worked properly. Sorry I didn’t return it sooner, I brought it back on the day I checked out. I recommend the hotel for its good service.
