I waited an hour to check in, left to visit a museum, then came back and waited another hour. Since it was after 6 p.m., they had locked my bags away for the night and wouldn’t give them back until 7 a.m. the next day. There was nobody available to open the storage, and they showed no concern for customer service. Never stay here, such a backward hotel.

The staff were so friendly, and they did a wonderful job helping me plan and carry out my proposal in the private garden. They went out of their way to make it a memorable experience, and I really appreciate everyone who helped.

I was there for a different reason, but Total Hotel seems well suited to people who come to shop nearby. My room was clean, breakfast was very good, and the nights were pretty quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

Easy to walk around at any time, and there are drinks and accessories close by. I'm happy with the location.
