I stayed in room 45. It was clean and partly renovated, though the heating didn’t work and the shower door was dirty. Apart from that, I had no other issue. The staff were attentive and courteous. It’s a nice apart-hotel, but keep in mind that several rooms are privately owned and maintenance depends on each owner. Thanks for the replies. How can I contact someone to rent directly?

Our room assignments were mixed up, then they tried to make us leave a room they had assigned to us and threatened an extra charge if we stayed. Reception couldn’t do anything about it, so every issue had to go through another Roomo team on WhatsApp. The lights and air-conditioning remotes didn’t work either. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid booking here if you want a relaxed, stress-free stay.

The location is perfect, with a supermarket and pharmacy close by. I stayed for around eight months, and the room service and management were reliable and very good. I’ll definitely return.

The rooms are spacious, more like studios, and it’s a great place. Guests get 20% off at the BIFE restaurant, chef Jacquin.

Very clean, with wonderful service. The hotel is perfect, and I’ll come back.
