The service was friendly and the location is in a prime area of Sao Paulo, though you can hear planes overhead. My room was very noisy because the electricity panel kept buzzing. The shower was tiny and not especially clean. Breakfast could use more variety, and the small pool wasn't clean, though the view from it was amazing. More lifts would help too.

For the price, this was great value. The rooms are huge and clean, with what you need: an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, AC, TV, extra towels and a spare blanket. Breakfast wasn't a huge spread, but everything was fresh and tasty. The key card did keep failing whenever I left my room, though.

The staff were really polite, and service was very good. My room was spacious and nicely equipped, with a microwave, Smart TV with internet access, and a hairdryer. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood that felt safe and has lots of good restaurants nearby.

I liked having my own kitchenette, and the staff were friendly. It was my first time in São Paulo, so I wasn't sure where to stay, but the location was fine and the place was nice.
