Tsue The Palace Flats

The beds were comfortable and the rooms had smart TVs. It’s easy to walk around from here, and the airport is convenient to reach. Breakfast gets repetitive after two days since it’s the same every morning, but there are several cafés within walking distance. I recommend it.

We were on the top floor, in room 1301, with easy access to the rooftop pool and gym. The staff are the hotel's best asset, friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely use this hotel again.

The breakfast was terrible and expensive. There were few items, they charged separately to fry eggs, and if you wanted extra coffee each day that cost more too. We only ate there twice during our five-day stay because we didn’t know where else to go. Worse, the extra daily coffees we had paid for weren’t recorded, and they tried to charge us for them again at checkout. Some residents also ignored the rules for shared areas, while staff stayed quiet about it. A dark HB20 was parked by the fountain in the access area, blocking all vehicles from using the setback to load and unload. When I asked an employee about it, they said the car belonged to a resident and would only be there briefly. In the roughly 15 minutes we waited, seven other vehicles besides ours couldn’t stop properly. That area shouldn’t be used for parking at any time. There are other options in the Capital, and I don’t recommend this hotel.

The Tsue Palace Flat is right in the center, at the end of CGH’s runway/taxiway. The breakfast could be a little better, but that’s a minor issue.
