Hotel Unique

The location and hotel were amazing, and the staff gave us the best service. Jerson at the front desk stood out in particular.

I especially liked the music and TV tucked behind the big mirror facing the bed. The hotel has a lovely modern style and is really comfortable.

The staff at Hotel Unique made the stay feel personal. They anticipated what I needed without hovering, whether arranging transport, sharing local recommendations, or simply greeting me warmly. Their professionalism and hospitality were consistently excellent. Hotel Unique is a destination in its own right, with an experience that engages the senses and raises the bar for luxury accommodation. Anyone looking for a prestigious, distinctive stay in São Paulo should consider it. It’s an investment in a memorable trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hotel’s architecture is striking, and the service made the stay feel just as special. Before I arrived, the concierge had already arranged things like spa appointments, museum tickets, and car service around my requests. Even when I got there early for check-in, the staff made me feel welcome right away. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable, and people in the lobby offered water, coffee, or champagne and made me feel at home. Every interaction felt carefully handled. I booked months ahead, and the team kept looking after the details throughout. Staying at Unique in São Paulo felt like a real luxury experience, and I can’t imagine finding the same level of service elsewhere.
