The location in Vila Mariana is a real plus, with good bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and Parque do Ibirapuera and MAC nearby. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the house itself was good, with a nice living area and a kitchen guests could use. A good option for spending a few days in São Paulo.

I felt embarrassed by the way the person in charge spoke arrogantly about the promotional price I'd paid. They also came into my room while I was away to take out rubbish that wasn't even there, which I didn't like. The cameras in the rooms completely take away guests' privacy and feel disrespectful. A terrible experience. I don't recommend it and will never return.

The place was so welcoming that I felt at home, and the hospitality was top-notch. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness and hygiene deserve full marks. I'll be back and recommend it.

It's a very convenient stay, with excellent cleanliness and a great location. There's only one bathroom with a shower, but with just four rooms, it's manageable.

I had a terrible experience. The owner hadn't told me there was a set arrival time and wasn't available at another hour, so I had to find a hotel at the last minute. He was arrogant with me. I won't return or recommend it.
