Urban L Gestao Hoteleira Ltda

Breakfast was very basic, with little variety and no protein options like eggs, bacon, or cold cuts. The cleaning was the worst part of my stay. In the first room, either 38 or 39 on the third floor, there was an unbearable sewer smell coming from the bathroom drain, and hair on the towels laid out on the bed. I asked to change rooms. The smell was better in room 69 on the sixth floor, but other problems came up: stained bedding with blood on it, stained towels, and hair on the floor. Over my four days there, the bathroom was never properly washed or sanitized. I specifically asked for it to be cleaned on the last night, but that still wasn't done. They even left a squeegee with a dirty floor cloth covered in hair inside the room, by the bathroom door. The lack of care with cleaning completely ruined the experience. I hope management urgently reviews its hygiene standards and staff training, because this is below the minimum anyone should expect from a place to stay.

I’ve traveled through almost all of Brazil, and I think they’re good. Before anyone assumes they paid me to say that, I’m from Fortaleza! Some reviews I’ve read here seem unfair and hurt the hotel’s credibility. Someone wants extra toilet paper, someone else wants more pillows. The breakfast matches the price. If you want an elaborate feast, find somewhere else instead of making life harder for people who are doing their jobs properly. Thanks to everyone, and please be fair in your reviews.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and really liked the experience, which is why I booked again. I understand that rooms next to each other might not be available, and that’s fine. What I’m trying to understand is why I got different information. By phone, I was told Booking assigns the rooms when you make the reservation, and they even gave me room 25 on the second floor and room 62 on the sixth. But in a reply on Booking to another guest, the hotel said room assignments depend on availability at check-in. Aren’t those two explanations contradictory? I’d just like to know which procedure is correct.

We were treated really well during our three-day stay, and the room was clean and cozy. Everything was perfect, and the service was great. The hotel is close to everything, especially the main street for exploring Liberdade. My boyfriend and I loved our stay, and I’ll come back whenever I can. I also got such a cute Women’s Day gift ❤️❤️❤️
