Urbanature Filme & Arte - Paulista SP

The welcome was lovely, and I enjoyed relaxing on the inviting sofa in a room that felt like walking onto a film set, with good movies streaming. The whole place has its own charm despite being simple. urbanature has a distinctive concept for people who appreciate art and especially cinema. It's in a great location, in an old but very well maintained building, with exemplary services and security. The accommodation is spacious and airy, in keeping with the older architecture. I really enjoyed the experience.

I don't like this city, but I'll come back here whenever I need to. I'm 64, a teacher with 42 years in the profession, and came from the countryside for a conference in são paulo. I expected to feel lost, but walking into urbanature reminded me of being at my late grandmother's house when I was a child. It was raining and I was tired, and the receptionist brought me tea without me even asking. The room had lots of thoughtful details, smelled lovely, and felt welcoming. At breakfast there were warm rolls, and I sat peacefully reading a book from their shelf. The stay felt so gentle and human. I felt cared for. Thank you!

A clean, excellent location, with a really comfortable room and mattress. The common areas are calm and welcoming, and the colonial-style breakfast gave the place a cozy, family feel. Congratulations.

I booked well in advance through Booking and was charged the full amount ahead of time. When I arrived in the morning with all my luggage, I couldn't find the place at all. The address doesn't seem to exist, nobody on the street knew it, and I searched several buildings and shops. The address on Booking also differs from the one on Google, but the street only has private buildings and there's no way to access the place. The phone number doesn't work either, so I couldn't get in touch. I spent over an hour walking around looking for it, left stranded with my bags, and was late for my event. I hope Booking at least sorts this out and refunds me. Now I'm stuck trying to find somewhere else. Terrible experience, I don't recommend it, and don't fall for this.
