There’s construction going on in the building, but it’s in a well-located part of Vila Olimpia.

The amenities are a big part of why I keep coming back: there’s a laundry room, pool, gym, green space, and gourmet area. The building is lovely and clean, right in the best part of Vila Olimpia. Since I found it, I haven’t stayed anywhere else.
