The location is good and the street is quiet, but inside it was a completely different story. I had no peace at any hour. Residents slammed bedroom doors and the main door with all their strength, over and over, even in the early morning. The cleaning staff played loud music or used speakerphone while walking around the house. People at the back talked loudly on speakerphone all day, and there was constant door slamming. Women were doing laundry and chatting loudly, including in the early hours. There were lots of smokers and a strong cigarette smell. Nobody seemed to respect anyone or follow any rules. It was very uncomfortable. The guests in the front main house were a small minority, only five rooms, and were generally polite and respectful. Brazil is at the end of the line, with no selectivity or selection. Honestly, sleeping in the street would have been quieter and more peaceful.

The street is very calm and quiet, and the location is excellent. My room was clean and comfortable, but the shower in room 1 seemed crooked, so more water hit the wall than me. The TV had a huge white mark that made the picture hard to see. It should be replaced, ideally with a smart TV, since I missed being able to use streaming services and YouTube.

We loved the place. It was clean, well organized, and everything worked efficiently. The person in charge was very helpful, and the location is excellent, right by Paulista. Great value for money!

Vila Stellino is in a quiet, dead-end side street, and the place itself is nicely arranged and organized. The rooms had useful equipment like a microwave, TV, coffee maker, and sandwich press. The bedding and towels were clean, the room had air conditioning, and the shower was very good. There was also an iron and hair dryer available for everyone to use downstairs. Open TV channels worked well and the Wi-Fi was good. My only suggestion would be adding cable TV or a Smart TV so guests can at least connect to YouTube. My wife, daughter, and I stayed for three days. It's well located, roughly between Parque Ibirapuera to the right and Avenida Paulista to the left, with bakeries, restaurants, pizza places, and grocery shops nearby, including Pão de Açúcar, mercado Dia, and Lojas Americanas. That made getting around and picking things up very convenient. Thanks to César for being so helpful and kind with information and resolving things, and to Luciana for the warm welcome. Communication and explanations of the procedures were easy and practical. It's a calm place for families, and we'll certainly return. Thanks again, César.
