A very well-organized condo, with a great laundry room and a spacious gym. It's close to av. Santo Amaro and Av. Morumbi, with lots of restaurants nearby.

One of the elevators has been broken for months and the company hasn't done anything about it. The pool floor is breaking apart, with loose tiles, and the fingerprint sensor doors never work. Security is very weak, with the doors always open. There are only two washing machines for more than 200 apartments, and that's just part of it. There are always management problems.

The building is great and the location is good, but the administration isn't the best. The apartment I stayed in had neither a fan nor air conditioning. It got so hot that sleeping and resting were difficult.

I love this building. It's modern and in a great location, with all the conveniences like laundry, bike storage, and a mini market. The staff are attentive!
