Vossa Bossa Frei Caneca Apt 2

I rented the apartment for 25 days and found several problems when I arrived on 31/7. The balcony glass wouldn't close, so cold air came through the gaps, along with various other maintenance issues. Today is day five. I complained directly and asked to be moved to another unit. They acted as if that was fine, then said they'd sent it to finance, would refund my money, and wanted me to leave. It feels like they'd rather get rid of a guest than fix anything. I'm still waiting for the refund so I can rent somewhere else, which would cost around 4,000, and I don't have that money available. They keep messaging that they'll only transfer it after I leave. How am I supposed to leave without the money to rent another place? And how can I trust them if they won't honor what they said? I paid to move in, so they should pay me before expecting me to move out. They don't do maintenance, and apparently you can't complain either. I'm stuck in the apartment because I'm afraid they'll block my entry if I leave. They haven't kept their promises, and they have no right to hold on to my money without a proper reason. I need my money back. Are they going to resolve this? On top of all that, I've had moving costs, disruption, emotional stress, and a lost day. What a mess, and they're still keeping my money without justification.
