The construction noise from neighboring apartments started around 9 in the morning, so getting any rest was impossible. Earlier, in the middle of the night, a light fixture came loose from the ceiling and fell. Luckily I wasn't underneath it, since someone could have been seriously hurt. That's a clear safety issue and completely unacceptable in a rental. There was also a wrong key inside the apartment, which showed a lack of organization and professionalism. With the safety problem, the noise, and the poor management, I wasn't offered any real solution or relocation, and nobody took responsibility. I was simply told to sort it out with the booking platform. I tried to work things out amicably and avoid leaving a negative review. Since they refused to take responsibility, I'm sharing what happened. No professionalism, no safety, and no customer service. I don't recommend it.
