The online support was attentive, but the apartment felt impersonal, and it really needed someone on site to keep it pleasant, up to date, and welcoming. The photos didn't match what I found: the big windows meant for a panoramic view were so dirty they looked opaque. There was hardly anything in the kitchen, the pans were caked with grime, and I found the induction stove very hard to operate. The internet was down for my entire stay, so the TV didn't work either. They offered a 15 percent refund on the nightly rates to make up for what was missing, but I never received it and don't want to spend my time chasing it. I think future guests should know.

My wife booked us for one night, and we chose this place only because it allows pets. The booking didn't list any fees, but then they asked for an absurd R$ 200.00 pet charge. We were also told to take the pets in the regular elevator because the service elevator wasn't working. I had to fix the shower before I could use it because it was coming apart. My wife also got stuck in the bathroom since the door had no handle on the inside.

The street was so busy and loud with bars and clubs that I barely slept for two days. The location was awful. Booking said there was parking, but there wasn't, so I had to pay R$150 out of pocket for a separate lot. The property said they'd check whether they could find me a space, then just kept stringing me along and did absolutely nothing. When I arrived, there was also a moldy french fry in the microwave that had been there at least seven days. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great service, really nice accommodations, and very competitive prices. I'd give it more than five stars if I could, lol.
