Check-in and check-out were very easy. They sent the instructions over WhatsApp before we arrived and left. The hotel is simple but practical, and the price is appealing for such an upscale part of town. My room was tiny, but cozy enough for one person. It was clean, though the cleaning products used on the room and sheets had a really strong smell. The small TV had local channels and more than one streaming service. I’d definitely stay again.

For the price, it seems alright, but there are a lot of bugs and I sometimes spot cockroaches. The blankets and sheets look clean. The floor, though, feels like unfinished concrete.

I arrived at night and found a little self-service spot with frozen meals. They also serve a decent breakfast for R$16.00. The place was clean, and everyone was polite. My only issue was the traffic on the street, with plenty of cars and buses. My room faced that way, so it bothered me a bit. Still, I recommend it.

Good value and a spacious room, with a shared kitchen too. It’s close to Congonhas Airport. Getting in outside check-in and check-out hours was easy with the password system. I recommend it!
