Womini Donne suite hostel

The host was great, the place was clean, and breakfast was good.

Worst experience I’ve had so far. The rooms downstairs felt like a basement, the beds were awful, and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Worst of all was the owner, who was arrogant and rude. They promised a garage, but from Saturday to Sunday the car had to stay on the street because of a market that runs until 16:00 on Sunday. The room photos on the apps didn’t match reality. I left the accommodation after the owner refused to return my money. This was a very low-quality guesthouse, and the whole thing was such a nightmare that after the event I decided to drive home, even though it meant seven hours behind the wheel after spending all day at the event. A friend warns a friend: look elsewhere. Check the Booking reviews and you’ll see I’m not the only one saying this. The owner is dishonest. I was there with my wife and teenage son and had booked two rooms. There are plenty of good hotels in São Paulo for a better price than this boarding house, so do your research before staying.

I felt so welcomed and well looked after at Womini Donne. The whole place was organized, clean, fresh-smelling and cozy, and the service and quality were great. The breakfasts were delicious, and everyone on the team was so friendly. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness. A big hug to the owner, who does a wonderful job. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived, and the Hostel is in a great spot, with a market nearby and a wonderful street market on Sundays. The rooms are simple but clean. Mine had a private bathroom and air conditioning. I was surprised that a hostel included breakfast. It was simple, but you could see the care the management put into it. Certainly a good choice.
