Paraty Suítes & Eventos

The inn is in a wonderfully quiet spot, surrounded by greenery, with hammocks and a large pool for relaxing in the sun. It feels like a retreat from town, where you can wake to birdsong and enjoy nature with your family. The accommodation is basic, and you need to bring your own bed linen and toiletries. The kitchen is shared, but the owner serves breakfast in the morning. If you don’t want to pay extra for breakfast, you have to wait until it’s over to use the kitchen. In the room I rented, both the minibar and the shower were out of order. When I raised it with the owner, she said there was nothing she could do because the inn was full that day. In town there are places for coffee, crafts, bars, and restaurants. There’s also a great pastry shop on the corner by the inn, with tasty, generously filled pastries at fair prices.
