I stayed three days in SRN to visit Parque Serra da Capivara, and the hotel made for a comfortable stay. The location and the staff’s hospitality were good, and everything was clean and organized. The shower worked really well, and breakfast was generous. Nothing to complain about, I’d definitely recommend it.

We came on 21/11/2025 with 10 couples for a mission trip and arrived at night to find there was no water. The rooms that had showers only had cold water, and the bathroom drain was clogged. Breakfast was bread, milk, and watermelon. The worst part was that when we complained, they did nothing and just stared blankly. What a disgrace!!!!!!

The place is dirty and not fit to use. Nothing works, the shower is awful, and the toilet won’t flush. It needs a complete renovation urgently. The price doesn’t match the service, and I can’t recommend it.
