The location is handy, right in central São Sebastião, with easy access to markets, restaurants, bars, and the ferry to Ilhabela. The place is clean and has good facilities, but the closest beaches aren’t suitable for swimming, so you need to take the ferry or travel by car or bus. The owner also leaves something to be desired.
At first, the beach may seem a little strange if you don’t know the area, but it soon starts to feel like a lovely place. We loved our stay. Seu Jairo, our host, and his wife are wonderful, friendly, and helpful people who really cared about how we were doing. We’ll be back!
We’ve stayed at Boulevard Avenida three times now, and I highly recommend it. The apartments are very clean and comfortable, right by the sand. The beach is good for swimming, with calm water, and it’s peaceful for kids. Pets are welcome too.
We had a perfect end to the year here. The place is close to everything, and Sr. luiz was so kind. Dicson, one of the staff, was a really nice guy too. It was a fantastic place. May God bless everyone.
It’s private and well located. There isn’t a beach for swimming here, though, it’s used for fishing. If you need somewhere to stay while exploring the beaches around São Sebastião, this place works well.
