Chalé do Saulo

👒😀☕🫖🐈‍⬛🛵I stayed there during one of my vacations. The chalet is simple but very comfortable, with a fridge, sink, and gas stove for making meals. The view over the beach at Portinho, in southern Ilhabela, is absolutely beautiful.

The TV reception is worth mentioning: on my Booking review I forgot to say it only gets one channel. I don't mind, so it was no issue for me, though it could be improved. That's a minor detail in my view. Getting down to the beach with all our stuff wasn't easy, so I'd drive my wife and kids there, then return to the inn and take the stairs down myself. By the second day I was going up and down without a problem to get my caipirinha and heat water for my chimarrão. Saulo and Andréia were wonderful, and looked after my family so well. The accommodation matched what was offered and everything worked well. I marked every category as excellent, and the value for money was great. The house was clean, and getting around from there was easy. It’s really close to the main beaches. I stayed in this chalet for four days and loved the beautiful sea view.
