The freedom you get at Farah makes the place feel like home. The owner is thoughtful and friendly, and he runs some wonderful local outings. The cabins are lovely, each with its own character. We especially love staying in the smartcamp. Waking up, opening the little door, and seeing the living forest feels magical, like nature is wrapping itself around your stay. Farah is more than just somewhere to sleep, it’s a peaceful place to reconnect and feel good. I always leave grateful for the moments and for all the caring little details. It’s stayed in our hearts and memories, and we come back whenever we can. So grateful for all these wonderful experiences! 💚✨

My first solo trip turned out to be such a lovely surprise. Farah and Ju were really helpful, and the place was clean, beautiful and well organized. I felt at home, almost like I was with family. The boat trip was incredible, there are no words for it. If you stay at the inn, don’t miss it, it’s well worth doing. One of the best experiences I’ve had. I hope to be back soon.

The hospitality is what really sets this place apart. Marcelão, his son Rafael and the whole family welcomed me and all the other guests so warmly. They were always kind and attentive. I’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend it. I spent a weekend there and brought my tent. The grassy area was great for pitching it, with no bumps. They also offer shared rooms and those really cool smartcamp style tents. There are two kitchens, several fridges and some nice common areas. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot showers even for campers.

I came to Farah hostel on my own and got plenty of helpful tips, from great beaches to easy-to-reach transport. On top of that, I went on a wonderful boat trip and had lots of time to enjoy every corner of the 3 islands. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Farah, the owner, makes the place feel welcoming and familiar, and helps guests feel at ease. Everything was spotless, relaxed and in a great location. I SUPER recommend it.
