Louise village

This was my second stay at the inn, and I'll be back many more times. Chez Louise et Louis has a wonderful team, and I'm grateful to them. The food is impeccable, and I've never had a breakfast as personalized and wonderful as theirs. They call us by name and treat us in a way that's hard to describe. The accommodations made me feel at home, and both the location and beach service were wonderful. I have no complaints; they exceed every expectation.

We spent four days there, and the experience was beyond what we expected. The inn is lovely and welcoming, and the location is a real privilege at both inns. The attentive, dedicated staff, clean rooms, bedding, and breakfast all made us want to return. Thank you all for the care and dedication. We definitely will be back and highly recommend it. The beach service was frustrating: the chairs were very dirty and broken, and the breakfast was awful, with cold food. The service was poor, the rooms didn't match the price, and the hotel was extremely expensive. At checkout they wanted to charge a 10% service fee on top of the price for the two nights, which was absurd. The whole experience was terrible, and I left angry and disappointed. It wouldn't be worth it even at 300 reais a night. I would never return.

Over five days, we had no hot water for two of them and had to shower in cold water. I caught a cold. When I wanted to get one of the snacks they offer, there was no bread. The air conditioner in room 10 dripped onto one side of the bed. I can't recommend it; there are much better places.
