Pousada Yamandu

The heated pools and lounge are the icing on the cake, and the only thing that would make the place perfect for us is a sauna. The inn is new and clean, on a quiet street, about a 10-minute straight walk from the beach. Staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. The menu has delicious dishes, the internet works well, and the rooms have desks.

We loved our stay at the inn this week. It was wonderful and impeccably kept, but breakfast really bothered us. There were so many flies on the cakes, bread, and glasses, and the kitchen staff didn't seem concerned about it. We had two teenage girls with us, and we know flies can cause serious foodborne infections, so it left us feeling a bit disgusted. I hope they sort this out as soon as possible, because we'd like to return and recommend the place.

We stayed over the holiday and left wishing we could have stayed longer. I loved the shrimp risotto at the hotel restaurant, one of the tastiest I've ever had. The inn itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Information was clear, breakfast had plenty of high-quality options, and having beach chairs and an umbrella available made things easy. I hope we get to come back soon.

I spent four days at Pousada Yamandu and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, fresh smelling, and consistently clean. The large, fluffy towels were a nice touch. The place is peaceful and well cared for, and the whole stay felt welcoming. The reception and breakfast teams were attentive and well trained. A great choice if you're looking for comfort and excellent service.
